Theresa Fox of Creative Poker Associates   Theresa Fox began her career in 1994, specializing in accounting, auditing and consulting for various fields. Being originally focused on construction and other service related industries, she assisted many start-ups and managed accounting and tax planning projects for a multitude of growing companies.

After operating her own business in California for over five years, Theresa moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in early 2005. In Las Vegas, she joined forces with Frank Gallas of Gallas, Inc. and has focused on CEO's and entrepreneurs, including professional gamblers.
By the end of 2011, she will complete her credentials for the federal designation of "Enrolled Agent" from the IRS.

Theresa currently sits on the Board of Directors for a Nevada 501c3, Grant a Gift Autism Foundation, where she donates much time and energy to fundraising for the Autism Community.		  
       
Spike Gallas of Creative Poker Associates   Frank "Spike" Gallas graduated from the University of Oregon and has been practicing as a Tax Accountant for 50 years. His diversified International practice of 35 years in Las Vegas includes entrepreneurs, partnerships and corporations. Over 10% of his present practice involves professional gamblers of which 25+ clients have received bracelets in various WSOP Championship Events.

Spike has played in four WSOP Championship Main Events and has cashed three times. His dream is to play at the Final Table in November and at his table will be eight of his tax clients. (And then, he wins the tournament)!
